Манай байгууллагаас зарласан охид, эмэгтэйчүүдийн хүчирхийллийн эсрэг тэмцэх, сэтгэцийн эрүүл мэндийг дэмжих зорилтот төслийн уралдаанд нийт 8 байгууллагаас төсөл ирүүллээ.
Уг төслийн сан нь нийт 60 сая төгрөг бөгөөд ирүүлсэн төслүүдийг үнэлэх, шалгаруулах үйл явц 2025 оны 7 дугаар сарын 31-ний өдөр хүртэл үргэлжилнэ. Үнэлгээ, шалгаруулалтын явцад шаардлагатай тохиолдолд манай байгууллагаас холбогдон нэмэлт тодруулга авах болно.

We are pleased to announce the opening of the tender for project proposals.

Fighting with Domestic Violence & Supporting Mental Health
The Association for the Development of Mongolian Women in Europe successfully held its 13th annual event in Rome, Italy, on May 18, 2025, raising a total of 60 million MNT in donations.
These funds will be granted to support a selected project aimed at combating violence against girls and women and supporting and improving mental health.
Guidelines for Project Selection
1. Project Goal
To support mental health in the context of combating violence, particularly focusing on:
- Protecting the rights of girls and women,
- Preventing violence,
- Increasing public awareness and engagement, and
- Providing psychosocial support and reintegration for victims.
2. Project Objectives and Activities
Priority will be given to a project that:
- Prevent gender-based violence,
- Amplify the voices and participation of youth in ending all forms of violence and discrimination against girls and women,
- Provide psychosocial support to victims of domestic violence,
- Strengthen the capacity of organizations working in these areas.
3. Project Requirements
- Beneficiaries must be girls and/or women;
- Necessary resources (human and other) must be secured for implementation;
- Activities should be sustainable even after the project period ends;
- Projects should be scalable and adaptable at the national level;
- Organizations must have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience and proven expertise in the field.
4. Scope of the Project
Relevant government and non-governmental organizations from both the capital and rural areas may participate.
5. Project Funding
- Up to 60,000,000 MNT (sixty million tugriks) will be available.
Restrictions:
- No purchase of training equipment exceeding 1,000,000 MNT.
- Salaries, utility bills (electricity, heating), and rent will not be covered.
- The final 30% of funding will be disbursed based on performance reports and financial documentation.
6. Project Implementation Period
- From August 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026
7. Project Selection Process
- Application deadline: June 30, 2025
- Organizations shortlisted through document review will be notified by July 15, 2025.
- The project team of the Association for the Development of Mongolian Women in Europe (ADMWE) will conduct site visits for the selected organizations.
- Final selection decisions will be made and communicated by July 31, 2025.
8. Project Reporting
Implementing organizations must submit reports twice:
- Progress report: by November 30, 2025
- Final report: by March 30, 2026
- Project report must contain photos or videos of actual implementation stages
- A complete and detailed financial report
Additionally, organization leadership must send a representative to present project results at our next event in May 2026 to physically present the report to event participants
9. Required Documents and Proposal Submission
Interested organizations must submit the following documents by Monday, June 30, 2025, 17:00 (London time) to via our website.
