Enke is Co- Founder and President of ADMWE. She is a banker with 29 years experience working in a range of leadership roles for central bank, government authorities, and multinational financial institutions. Having a First class BA in Banking and Finance from the Russian university and MA in Economic Development from the Vanderbilt University of the USA, she was Deputy Governor-the first high ranked female at the Central Bank of Mongolia. She has been awarded ’’ The Best Banker’’, “The Outstanding Employee of the Securities and Exchange”, Government honours of Mongolia “Polar star”,”90th anniversary of the People’s revolution” for the professional excellence and contribution into the economic development. She is sitting in the Boards of numerous non-profit organizations and a member of professional institutions.
Mart Bira is the Co-Founder and Vice President of The Association for the Mongolian Women’s Development in Europe. In 2009 she founded the Mongolian Culture centre in UK for Mongolian communities. She has extensive experience working with the media, she has been leading and organising many events within the Mongolian community in the UK and cooperating many other organisations by coordinating events between Britian and Mongolia. Prior to moving to the UK, she worked as a programme director in the Mongolian National TV channel.
Altansuvd Byambasuren Brewin

Altansuvd is the co-founder of ADMWE and from November 2011 until beginning of 2015 she was working as CEO of The Association for the Mongolian Women’s Development in Europe. She holds a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Law from the Mongolian National University and postgraduate degree from University of Sussex. Currently she works for Corporate Department of Clyde & Co LLP as a Foreign Qualified lawyer and secretary in Mongolian British Chamber of Commerce.
Odna is the the Chief Executive Officer of ADMWE. Graduated from the Institute of Foreign Languages in Ulaanbaatar. As a professional interpreter, she worked for number of international organisations including World Bank, United Nations, TACIS and GTZ in implementing various development projects in Mongolia. She holds postgraduate degrees from London Metropolitan University and Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Currently, Odontuya works as an information professional in the public sector in London.
Sir Paul Judge, Alderman of the City of London, the President of the Association of MBAs

Paul had wide international experience in the commercial, public, political and not-for-profit sectors. He was an Alderman of the City of London, the President of the Association of MBAs, the Chairman of the British-North American Committee, of the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, of the Enterprise Education Trust, of the Museum of Brands and of St Dunstan’s College, a Director of the United Kingdom Accreditation Service and a Member of the Council of the Crown Agents. He had honorary degrees from Cambridge, Westminster, City and London South Bank universities. Internationally he was a Director of Tempur Sealy International Inc of Kentucky and of Abraaj Capital of Dubai. His honorary offices include being a Member of the Togolese President’s Investment Advisory Council and a Member of the Advisory Boards for the UK-India Business Council, for HEC in Paris, for the Athens University of Economics and Business and for RANEPA in Moscow.

Azjargal Ulziitogtokh, Deputy Director, EBRD Mongolia Office
Azaa graduated from University of Buckingham, University of Cambridge, ICMA Centre, UK. She started her banking career from Mongol Bank as analyst and worked at Barclays Capital, Energis, and EBRD. She has gained expertise in project financing and investment management through working in Central Asia, Mongolia and Eastern Europe. In 2002, Azaa joined in EBRD in the UK and now she is a Deputy Director of EBRD Office in Mongolia.
Mr. John Grogan, Chairman, MBCC
Grogan is a British politician, who served as the Member of Parliament between 1997 and 2010. He is currently Chair of the Mongolian-British Chamber of Commerce (MBCC). He graduated from Leeds and Oxford University. He worked as a communications coordinator with the Leeds City Council from 1987 to 1994 before setting up his own conference business from 1996–97. He worked for the Labour Party in various capacities in both Leeds and Wolverhampton. He also acted as the Labour Party press officer in the European Parliament at Brussels in 1995. During his time in parliament, Grogan served as a member of the Northern Ireland Select Committee from 1997 until 2001, and then again from 2005 until 2010. He was also the Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Groups on the BBC, Beer and Mongolia. In 2006, Grogan confirmed he would not contest the next general election after boundary changes were made to his Selby Constituency. In 2013, Grogan was selected as the Labour candidate for Keighley for the 2015 general election. He is the honorary president of the University of York Labour Club. He is a member of the Fabian Society and the Institute for Public Policy Research.
Gundari is a professional interpreter and translator with extensive experience within the UK’s public and private sector. Working as an interpreter across the UK since 2005. She joined the ADMWE in November 2011. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The International University as well as a Bachelors degree in Mandarin Chinese.

Nandintuya holds MSc Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter and BA from the Institute of Finance and Economics of Mongolia. She has accounting experience in both Mongolia and the UK.
Bayarmaa graduated with a BSc degree in Telecoms Engineering from Mongolian University of Science and Technology and a MA degree from Management Development University in Mongolia. She then studied Accountancy ACCA in the UK and will qualify this year. Since moving from Mongolia, Bayarmaa has worked as an accountant with the hospitality industry with a number of prestige international organisations and won an award from Marriott International as an operational exemplar by the Chief Operations Officer in the USA.
Namuun Chuluunbaatar Project Consultant Namuun is a financial professional who has gained broad experience in the Commercial Accountancy & Financial Management Sector both in Mongolia and in the UK. After moving to the UK, she has worked for a Higher Educational Institute as a Bursar/Business Manager between 2008 and 2013 whilst pursuing her MBA programme. She holds Bachelor degree in Economics (Mongolia), Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (London) and MBA in Finance from University of Gloucestershire (UK). She is currently undertaking The Chartered Financial Analyst Course (CFA®Program) and running her Financial Management Consultancy business in London as well as overseeing and providing professional advice on our ADMWE projects.

Gerlee is a freelance art manager. She is a former dancer of the Mongolian National Song and Dance Academic Ensemble. After the Mongolian democratic revolution she toured Europe with the first Mongolian private dance and music troupe. She used this opportunity to discover Germany and studied cultural science at the Humboldt University in Berlin. She worked with the Werkstatt der Kulturen in Berlin. During this time she continued to perform and organised numerous cultural events. She also graduated as marketing-communication-economist at the Academy of the Administration of Business and Economics (VWA) and worked in the marketing department and as a deputy branch manager for a department store.She has been lived in NY, Paris, and recently Germany with her family. Her interviews, articles and critics on art and cultural history have been published in Mongolian magazines contributing to the knowledge sharing between east and west cultures.

Nominzul is an accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in international trade and mining sectors. She is a former chief accountant of Mongolian-Russian joint venture “Mongolrostsvetmet”, one of the largest mining companies in Mongolia. She holds MBA degree in accounting from National Taiwan University, BBA degree in finance from National University of Mongolia, has completed executive education program at Harvard Business School. Currently, Nominzul is taking ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification courses in London.

Lkhagva Altanchimeg is the President of the Mongolian Association “Ev Negdel” and a representative of the Belgium Asia-Forum. Lkhagva has organised many cultural events in Europe. She is a prominent member of the Mongolian Community in Belgium. She has studied medicine at the Mongolian Medical Science University in Ulaanbaatar and graduated Cum laude.
London Representative of Aarch Consulting Company
Uyanga graduated from Buca Education Faculty of Dokuz Eylul University of Turkey. She studied in the School of Public Affairs and Management of the Academy of Management of Mongolia, and Academy of Diplomacy and International Governance of Loughborough University London. She has worked in International Relations Department of the Mongolian Democratic Socialist Youth Union(MDSYU), then moved to the International Office of the Mongolian People’s Party (MPP). She has been engaged in a numerous political campaigns and social projects as a campaign manager and a facilitator. Until recently, she was a member of diplomatic team at the Mongolian Embassy in London, UK. She is a member of the Mongolian People’s Party, a Board Member of the Ulaanbaatar City Social Democratic Women’s Union. She is a founding member of Equity and Leadership, NGO and Aarch Consulting Company.

Graduated from the Medical Science Institute of Mongolia in 1989. She has attended numerous courses in medicine such as traditional medicine, acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture, liver and digestive system therapy, World Society Anti-Aging medicine and esthetic medicine. She is a member of Gastroenterology Doctors Union in Poland, member of World Society of Anti-Aging Medicine, member of Esthetic Doctors in Poland, member of Mongolian Traditional Medicine in Poland, member of Anti-Aging Doctors Union in Poland, and member of Mongolian Esthetics Doctors Union. She is a Professor of clinical traditional medicine, leading doctor of traditional medicine, specializing in anti-aging medicine, and recently obtained doctor’s degree in gastrology. Currently she works in hepatology and gastroenterology unit of Dermamed hospital of Medical University of Wroclaw, Poland.
